Scope
These terms govern the use of CLAIRIO: live questions and polls, room engagement measurement, and session reports.
Early access
CLAIRIO is in early access. Features may change and no payment is taken during this period. We will notify you at least thirty days before any billing, which you will be free to decline.
Your account
You provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
Fair use of engagement measurement
You tell your audience, before the session, that room engagement is measured. The projector screen and the participant page say so.
You do not use CLAIRIO to assess, grade or sanction a person, or to monitor employees or students. CLAIRIO measures a room, not individuals.
You do not attempt to bypass local processing to record or transmit images.
Content
You keep ownership of your slides and content, and only allow us to host and display them to run the service.
As the organiser, you moderate the questions of your session. We may remove plainly unlawful content reported to us.
Availability and liability
We do what is needed for the service to be available and reliable, without guaranteeing it uninterrupted. Engagement indicators are statistical estimates, to be read as guidance rather than exact measurement.
Ending use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, after notifying you except in an emergency.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's registered office. In case of dispute we will first seek an amicable solution.
